Terms of service
Ridoza - Terms of Service
Version 1.0 - In effect since August 17, 2026
Operator and acceptance
ridoza.store is operated by DIAMOND ECOM LLP, trading as Ridoza. These terms govern site use and purchases. By placing an order, you agree to the version presented at checkout.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Delivery is limited to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States.
Products and safe use
Bicycles and e-bikes must be assembled, charged, maintained, and used according to the manufacturer documentation and applicable laws. Verify rider size, weight limits, local e-bike classification, helmet rules, and permitted riding locations before purchase and use. Do not modify the battery, charger, speed limiter, controller, wiring, or safety systems.
Pricing, taxes, and errors
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. If an obvious pricing or product-data error occurs, we may decline the order before shipment and promptly refund any payment taken.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product. We may decline an order for stock unavailability, an unsupported address, an obvious error, payment failure, or reasonable fraud concerns, and will refund any captured payment.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Charges appear using the Ridoza or payment-processor descriptor displayed during checkout or on the order confirmation.
Shipping, title, and risk
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery, without limiting our duty to investigate a missing or damaged shipment.
Ridoza Limited Warranty
Ridoza provides a 6-month limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. Ridoza is the warrantor unless the product page and warranty document expressly identify a different warrantor.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, controller, display, battery, charger, and electrical components under normal intended use, subject to inspection and the product-specific terms supplied with the product.
It does not cover normal wear items (including tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes, grips, and similar consumables), cosmetic damage, accidents, abuse, neglect, water immersion, corrosion, improper storage or charging, commercial or rental use, unauthorized repair or modification, use of an incompatible charger or component, failure to follow assembly or maintenance instructions, or damage caused by transport after delivery.
To claim, email support@ridoza.store with the order number, serial number, description, and requested photographs or video. We may troubleshoot remotely and, if covered, arrange repair, replacement, parts, return, or refund as appropriate. Ridoza pays approved warranty return shipping. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless required by law. Implied and statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Reviews and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us permission to display it. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, private, or non-genuine content. We do not remove a genuine review merely because it is negative.
Intellectual property
Ridoza site content belongs to DIAMOND ECOM LLP or its licensors. Manufacturer trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or your non-waivable consumer rights.
Disputes and state rights
Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action participation, select an exclusive forum, or reduce consumer rights provided by the law that applies where you live.
Changes
The terms in effect when you order govern that order. Later changes do not apply retroactively.
